Regent Aerospace Corporation Names New Marketing Leadership

Regent Aerospace Corporation (RAC) President Reza Soltanian today announced the appointment of Tracy R. Ourhaan as Corporate Vice President of Marketing. The selection follows the acquisition of Airbase Services, Inc. on July, 1, 2006.

Mr. Ourhaan has extensive experience within the aviation industry prior to coming to Regent. He spent over a decade holding leadership positions at Honeywell, Parker, and ITT Aerospace. Tracy has been instrumental in helping Honeywell protect itself from independent FAA PMA providers as well as created the aftermarket strategic plan. Tracy was also responsible for establishing the Aftermarket Services Organization for ITT Aerospace Controls, where he was responsible for growing the aviation business unit's value by 24% within two years.
Mr. Ourhaan holds a U.S. Patent in turbine airfoil design and is a graduate of the University of Miami, Coral Gables, Florida with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. He also received a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Manufacturing is performed at the interior refurbishment facility located in Valencia, CA. Other facilities include Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Beijing, China and Busan, South Korea with line maintenance servicing offered at LAX, DFW, ORD, EWR, JFK, SJU, MIA with new locations opening soon in Europe and Asia.
