Regent Aerospace Corporation Names New Directors of Sales & Marketing

Valencia, California – October 12, 2006, Regent Aerospace Corporation (RAC) Corporate VP of Sales, Tim Garvin today announced the appointment of Derrick Joseph, Ian Charters and Tom Ellison as Directors of Marketing and Sales. The selection follows the acquisition of Airbase Services, Inc. on July, 1, 2006.
"We are very pleased that Derrick Joseph, Ian Charters and Tom Ellison have joined the Regent Aerospace team." said Tim Garvin, Corporate VP Sales for Regent Aerospace Corporation. Derrick will be leading our FAA-PMA Spares Business as well as Government Sales, while both Ian and Tom will be responsible for growing the Regent Aerospace Corporation Air Transport and Regional Markets. All three gentlemen will also assist with the customer support and program management for their respective locations.
Derrick, located in the Valencia, Ca. facility brings with him a strong background in the development of on-line services that generate multiple streams of revenue from affiliates, resellers, and private partnerships. Derrick has a Hi-Tech background in government sales, corporate sales and enterprise sales with demonstrated sales team leadership for multiple business segments at multiple locations, both domestically and internationally. With his sales and marketing background coupled with his program management experience we are thankful to have Derrick as part of the Regent team. Derrick is an Alumnus of the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Ian who is located at the Airbase Services facility in Dallas, Texas, joins us after 15 years in both Engineering and Sales roles in the Repair and Overhaul of Military and Commercial Gas Turbine Engines. Ian has been instrumental in creating value program propositions for both R & O Services and long term maintenance agreements in the global market place. We are thrilled to have such an industry professional as part of the team. Ian is an Alumnus of Worcestershire Technical College, England.
Tom, located at the Regent Indianapolis, In. facility comes from a long history of aviation sales and customer support. Tom has in-depth knowledge of part 121, 135, and 145 heavy maintenance operations having worked for such industry giants as Purolator Courier, Flying Tigers and Tampa Airways. Tom understands what it takes to be responsive to customer needs having lived it for fifteen years managing large Part 135 feeder air operations. Tom is also a Proud Former Marine having served as a Platoon Sergeant and then receiving an honorable discharge in 1971. Tom is also an Alumnus of the University of Colorado.

Other facilities include Dallas, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Beijing, China and Busan, South Korea with line maintenance servicing offered at LAX, DFW, ORD, EWR, JFK, SJU, MIA with new locations opening soon in Europe and Asia.
